The Conectus General Sales Conditions, acting in the name and on behalf of its Shareholders (to be determined according to the research laboratory involved), are specified with Special Conditions, which determine the specific technical specifications and its applicable price. 

This document shall be implemented prior to any contract finalization with the dedicated Conectus Business Officer.
